1. 📹 UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED

Please record a complete and continuous video while opening the outer wooden crate/carton and unpacking the temple.

The video may be required as evidence for courier or transit damage claims.

2. 🔧 REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE

If any component of the temple arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with clear photos and the unboxing video.

Depending on the nature of the damage, we may provide suitable replacement components or another appropriate resolution.

3. 💡 LED LIGHT / ADAPTER SUPPORT

If an LED light, adapter, or related electrical component is damaged during transit, please contact us and provide photos or video showing the issue.

Where appropriate, a replacement component may be arranged.

4. 📦 HEAVY PRODUCT RETURN

Because international return shipping for a large wooden temple can be extremely expensive, we will first try to resolve eligible transit-damage issues through replacement parts or another suitable solution without requiring the complete temple to be shipped back.
